FAQ

How do I book online?

Clients who wish to book session online are required to leave a credit card on file in Integro’s secure booking and electronic medical records system called Jane.app. For more information on the security features employed by Jane.app, please visit here.

Please Note: Integro will only charge the credit card on file if a client has asked their service provider to clear their invoice using the credit card on file; the client has been invoiced and does not pay the invoice within 7 days; or, the client late cancels or no-shows to an appointment (see cancellation policy).

Advance Payment

For your convenience or to avoid leaving a credit card on file, you may choose to book sessions by contacting your service provider directly and paying for the services in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that someone else can take your place. Cancellations must be made through our online booking portal or by contacting your therapist/trainer directly. Last minute cancellations will be required to pay the full, regular cost of the service, as booked.

Payment Options

After each session, an electronic invoice will be sent to your email address. Online payment can be made by clicking the link at the bottom of the electronic invoice. Payment options include: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA DEBIT or E-Money Transfer.
